The people of St. Anthony's Parish and St. Faustina Kowalska Polish Mission, part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Halifax, are called to be "The People of God". Our faith in God's unconditional love for us, as evidenced in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and, as testified to by his church, gives us a firm hope in our salvation and the salvation of the world. We respond to God's love with adoration, thanksgiving, and petition through worship and prayer, and charity to our neighbour

We invite you to discover the richness of our parish. Newcomers and visitors are always welcome.

Bulletin: 26th Sunday in Ordinary Time

In Honor of Mary, we will be saying the Rosary each day during the Month of October – The Month of Mary. See the calendar for a schedule.

Saturday, September 29th is the Feast of St. Michael, St. Gabriel & St. Raphael, Archangels.

We will be celebrating the Feast of St. Faustina Kowalska, our Patron of Divine Mercy, on Friday, October 5th.  A bilingual Mass will be at 6:30pm.  The Homily will be given by Father Phil Thibideau.

Catechism Registration:  this weekend again after all  Masses.  Our Catechetical Leader, Theresa Lewis will be in the room to right of the pews, for registration.  Registration is $20 per child.   Please pass in your filled registration forms you may have previously taken home to ensure your child is registered.  Classes will begin next Sunday, October 7th.  

Bottle Drive:  We are starting to collect bottles to help raise funds for our Outreach Program.  The funds raiseed will go towards utilities for the use of the hall and supplies for outreach.  If you have bottles and cans you would like to donate, please put them in front of the main doors of the hall before or after Mass.

Outreach Program:  to help our North End community will be this Wednesday morning from 9:30am-11:00am in the hall during the hours of the St. Vincent de Paul Society.  

Pickles, Jams, Beets & Soup! Church Repair Sales:  Thank you to John LeBlanc and his wonderful team for all their hard work in making this fundraiser such a success!  Thank you to all  who supported our parish.   If you would like to order more, please call John at 469-4366.

Flea Market:  Will be Saturday, November 3rd from 9:00am – 1:30pm. We will holding a flea market to help raise funds for our church repairs.  If you can help with setting up or working the day of the flea market, or have any items to donate, please call Gordon Jewers at 460-5698.   Your support is greatly appreciated.  Jennie & Wilfred will be selling fish chowder to help with this fundraiser!
