Welcome to St. Anthony's Church.

The people of St. Anthony's Parish and St. Faustina Kowalska Polish Mission, part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Halifax, are called to be "The People of God". Our faith in God's unconditional love for us, as evidenced in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and, as testified to by his church, gives us a firm hope in our salvation and the salvation of the world. We respond to God's love with adoration, thanksgiving, and petition through worship and prayer, and charity to our neighbour

We invite you to discover the richness of our parish. Newcomers and visitors are always welcome.

Bulletin: 12th Sunday of Ordinary Time

Our Lady of Perpetual Help, please pray for our community of St. Anthony’s Parish & St. Faustina’s Polish Mission to grow spiritually.  Please guide more people to our parish. As you held the child Jesus in your loving arms, so take us in your arms.  Intercede for us, Dear Mother, in obtaining pardon for our sins, love for Jesus, final perseverance, and the grace always to call upon you, Mother of Perpetual Help.  Amen.

Monday, June 24th is the Solemnity of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist. Please pray to him, as he was the man and Martyr who prepared the way of Our Lord.
Please join us Thursday, June 27th at the 9:00am Mass as we celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of Perpetual Help.
Next Saturday, June 29th at the 4:00pm Mass, we celebrate the Solemnity of St. Peter and St. Paul, Apostles. 

This Sunday, June 23rd – Country Time Show at 7:00pm. Admission is $6.  Master of Ceremonies:  Al Hollingsworth with Back-up band Grover Country featuring:  Bev Cheverie, Audrey Murray, Darrin Lively, Ron Verge, Bill Grover , Trio of Beverley, Chantal & Barb.  Come out and enjoy the show! This is the last show until September 15th!

Pastoral Council:  This Tuesday, June 25th, there will be a Pastoral Council Meeting after the 6:30pm Mass.

Polish Festival:  As there are too many people to name, thank you to everyone who helped plan and serve at the Polish Festival.  Thank you to all who contributed in every way and to those who came out to support the Polish Festival! 

Adoration: The next Adoration and Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament will be Friday, July 5th. We will have Adoration from 3:00pm – 6:00pm  with Mass in Polish at 6:30pm.  There is a sign-up sheet at the main entrance for anyone wishing to help us have someone in the church at all times starting from 4:00pm – 6:00pm.  Come and enjoy a little quiet time with Jesus.

St. Paul’s Knights of Columbus Bursary:  Applications are available on the table at the back of the church.  Deadline or receipt of applications is Friday, August 23rd.  Please mark them to the attention of Bill Yochoff, c/o Knights of Columbus Council 13017, 199 Windmill Road, Dartmouth, NS  B3A 1G1.
