Welcome to St. Anthony's Church.

The people of St. Anthony's Parish and St. Faustina Kowalska Polish Mission, part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Halifax, are called to be "The People of God". Our faith in God's unconditional love for us, as evidenced in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and, as testified to by his church, gives us a firm hope in our salvation and the salvation of the world. We respond to God's love with adoration, thanksgiving, and petition through worship and prayer, and charity to our neighbour

We invite you to discover the richness of our parish. Newcomers and visitors are always welcome.

Everyone is encouraged to join us! Catholicism Series: Tuesdays, starting January 14th at 7:00pm in the hall, for a DVD showing (10 series) by Fr. Robert Barron. From the sacred lands of Israel to the beating heart of Uganda...from the glorious shrines of Italy, France, and Spain, to the streets of Mexico, Kolkata, and New York City, the fullness of CATHOLICISM is revealed. Journey deep into the Faith as you watch each episode with us! Afterwards, we will have a short discussion (approximately 15 minutes) to share our thoughts. Tea & Coffee will be provided. Open to EVERYONE!

Adoration: Will resume on Thursday, January 9th at 7:00pm.

2014 Church Envelopes: Please pick up your boxed set near the main entrance. Anyone who is not registered with the parish, please call the office and leave your name, phone number and address and we will ensure you receive a box for 2014.

St. Vincent de Paul: ‘Item of the Month’ for January is pasta sauce. Thank for your support.

The Knights of Columbus Executive Meeting: will be held on Thursday, January 9th starting at 7:00pm in the MacLean Room at St. Paul’s with the regular meeting following at 7:30pm. All Brother Knights are encouraged to attend. The Knights’ Mass will be held at 10:00amon January 12, 2014, at St. Paul’s Church.

Outreach Program Bottle Drive: Thank you for your continious generosity of donating your recyclables for our Outreach Program! Please see Ruper Lewis before or after Mass to drop of your bottles & cans. He can also be reached at 466-6788. Thank you for your support!
