St. Anthony's Church

St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church & St. Faustina Kowalska Polish Mission

Welcome to St. Anthony's Church.

The people of St. Anthony's Parish and St. Faustina Kowalska Polish Mission, part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Halifax, are called to be "The People of God". Our faith in God's unconditional love for us, as evidenced in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and, as testified to by his church, gives us a firm hope in our salvation and the salvation of the world. We respond to God's love with adoration, thanksgiving, and petition through worship and prayer, and charity to our neighbour

We invite you to discover the richness of our parish. Newcomers and visitors are always welcome.

We also have our hall available to rent. Please contact the office for further information.

For information on events, please see our calendar.

Mass of Remembrance:
The special intentions, for the living and for those who have died, that you named in the Archdiocesan Annual Appeal will be remembered on
February 21 at 12:15pm Mass. Archbishop Anthony Mancini invites you and your family to join with him in the celebration of the Eucharist at Saint Mary's Cathedral Basilica. Reception to follow. All are welcome to this time of remembrance and thanksgiving.
Sharing the Care:
On the weekend of February 28 - March 1, we will have our Sharing the Care collection. Your contribution will make it possible for these priests to live their lives with the care and assistance they merit.  Please support these dedicated priests who worked hard to care for their parishioners in our diocese for many years.

Blessing of the Throats:  We will have blessing of the throats after both Masses this weekend.
