Welcome to St. Anthony's Church.

The people of St. Anthony's Parish and St. Faustina Kowalska Polish Mission, part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Halifax, are called to be "The People of God". Our faith in God's unconditional love for us, as evidenced in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and, as testified to by his church, gives us a firm hope in our salvation and the salvation of the world. We respond to God's love with adoration, thanksgiving, and petition through worship and prayer, and charity to our neighbour

We invite you to discover the richness of our parish. Newcomers and visitors are always welcome.

Adoration: There will be no Adoration next Thursday, December 22nd and December 29th. We will start again on Thursday, January 5th.

VD Series: Will start up again January 10th at6:30pm featuring St. Catherine of Siena ~ the Mystic.

Christmas Choir: Anyone interested in joining the Christmas Eve and Christmas morning choirs are invited to a practice Tuesday, December 20th at 6:00pm in the church.

Catechism: The next class will be Saturday, January 7th at 3:00pm.

Annual Lottery: All tickets must be in to Gordon Jewers before the Classic Country Show this Sunday night – as the draw will be during the show.

2017 St. Joseph’s Missals: Are available in the Sacristy for $5 each.

St. Vincent de Paul: Item of the month is peanut butter.

Polish Event: This Sunday, December 18th after Mass there will be sharing of the bread in the parish hall.

Classic Country Show: This Sunday, December 18th at 7:00pm ~ $7 Admission Come out and celebrate the Christmas Season with Sidewinder Plus and friends and family. Please come out prepared to enjoy and take part in singing some of our great traditional Christmas music. Entertainers are: Andrew Kent, Bob MacDonald, Carl James, Bill Guest, and Hayden Stover
