St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church & St. Faustina Kowalska Polish Mission

Welcome to St. Anthony's Church.

The people of St. Anthony's Parish and St. Faustina Kowalska Polish Mission, part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Halifax, are called to be "The People of God". Our faith in God's unconditional love for us, as evidenced in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and, as testified to by his church, gives us a firm hope in our salvation and the salvation of the world. We respond to God's love with adoration, thanksgiving, and petition through worship and prayer, and charity to our neighbour

We invite you to discover the richness of our parish. Newcomers and visitors are always welcome.

Catechism: Saturday, April 22nd at 3:00pm.

Pastoral Council: The next meeting is Tuesday, April 25th at 6:30pm.

Consecration to Mary: The books are ordered for all those who registered and will arrive in 10 days. We will begin to read our books on April 28th at home and our first video session will be Tuesday, May 2nd at 7:00pm. We will consecrate to Mary on the Marian Feast of the Visitation, May 31st.

Flea Market: Our Flea Market will be Saturday, April 29th and Sunday, April 30th. Please consider donating to our fundraiser when you are cleaning your home or garage. If you would like to help out with the flea market or donate items, contact Gordon Jewers (902.469.5698).

Classic Country Show: There will be no show in the month of April.

St. Vincent de Paul: Item of the month is canned tuna or ham.

Everyone is invited to a luncheon at 2:15pm after the Mass in Polish this Palm Sunday, April 9th. The cost of the meal is $10 which includes coffee/tea and dessert. The luncheon is generously donated by the Polish Library Society and proceeds will go to St. Anthony’s Parish.
