St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church & St. Faustina Kowalska Polish Mission

Welcome to St. Anthony's Church.

The people of St. Anthony's Parish and St. Faustina Kowalska Polish Mission, part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Halifax, are called to be "The People of God". Our faith in God's unconditional love for us, as evidenced in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and, as testified to by his church, gives us a firm hope in our salvation and the salvation of the world. We respond to God's love with adoration, thanksgiving, and petition through worship and prayer, and charity to our neighbour

We invite you to discover the richness of our parish. Newcomers and visitors are always welcome.

St. Vincent de Paul: If you have any non-perishable items, please feel free to drop them in the donation box at any Mass. Thank you for your generosity!

Recyclables: Thank you for all of the recyclables that you have donated. Please continue your support by dropping off your recyclables before or after Mass. All proceeds go towards our Outreach Program. You can also drop them off anytime at Rupert Lewis’ house, 10 Lahey Road, or call him at 902. 466.6788.

St. Anthony’s Spiritual Library: Please take advantage of our spiritual library, as it is yours to use. Spiritual reading is a great way to deepen your faith. The library is open after weekend Masses in the boardroom.

The Franciscans of Halifax invite you to their Spiritual Exercises July 24th – July 28th The theme will be The Beatitudes:(Fulfillment of Our humanity and of our joy). Our preacher is Fr. Emaneule Rimoli, OFM, a professor of Christian Anthropology and Eschatology at the St. Bonaventure-Seraphicum in Rome. He will also be presenting 4 free lectures on the Liturgy: A model of prayer and Icon of the new life in Christ.
