Welcome to St. Anthony's Church.

The people of St. Anthony's Parish and St. Faustina Kowalska Polish Mission, part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Halifax, are called to be "The People of God". Our faith in God's unconditional love for us, as evidenced in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and, as testified to by his church, gives us a firm hope in our salvation and the salvation of the world. We respond to God's love with adoration, thanksgiving, and petition through worship and prayer, and charity to our neighbour

World Day of Prayer for Vocation ~ Sunday, April 21st

Country Time Show: This Sunday, April 21st at 7:00pm in the hall. Admission $6. Master of Ceremonies: Al Hollingsworth with back up band Grover Country, featuring: Diane Gould, Billy Bob & Frank Grandy, Rob Green, Tish Hedderson and Ray Richards. Please come out, enjoy the evening and help support St. Anthony’s Parish.

Spring Dance: Tickets are on sale for our dance on Saturday, April 27th. A bowl of chili is included in the $10 ticket price. For information contact Gordon Jewers at 469-5698.

Marriage Preparation Course: Friday, May 10th from 7-9 and May 11th 9-5 at Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta Parish. Please call 454-5835 to register; deadline for registration is April 27th.

CWL Scholarship: St. Peter’s Catholic Women’s League is offering an $800 scholarship to a Grade 12 student who will be attending university or college in the Fall of 2013. Applicants must be an active member in one of the following parishes: St. Anthony’s, St. Peter’s, St. Paul’s or Immaculate Conception. The deadline date for applicants is April 30th, 2013.
