Welcome to St. Anthony's Church.

The people of St. Anthony's Parish and St. Faustina Kowalska Polish Mission, part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Halifax, are called to be "The People of God". Our faith in God's unconditional love for us, as evidenced in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and, as testified to by his church, gives us a firm hope in our salvation and the salvation of the world. We respond to God's love with adoration, thanksgiving, and petition through worship and prayer, and charity to our neighbour

We invite you to discover the richness of our parish. Newcomers and visitors are always welcome.

Bulletin: 30th Sunday in Ordinary Time

If anyone wants a Mass said for a special intention, please see Br. Nathanael. Also, those who are ill or undergoing surgery, and desire the Anointing of the Sick for themselves or for a family member, can see Br. Nathanael.

St. Anthony’s Fall and Christmas Flea Market: Next weekend ~ November 1st & 2nd in the hall. Hours are 9:00am to 3:30pm on Saturday and 10:00am to 2:30pm on Sunday. Free Admission! We will be setting up for the flea market on Thursday, October 30th starting at 10:00am and on Friday evening, October 31st at 6:00pm. For Information call Gordon at 469-5698.

Chili & Corn Chowder Luncheon: Chili or corn chowder with a roll, coffee/tea & dessert for $7 ~ held during the flea market on Saturday, November 1st from 11:00am-3:00pm and 5:00pm-6:30pm. See Jennie for information or call her at 464-1561.

Prayer Community: Please join us this Tuesday, October 28th at 7:00pm in the boardroom of the church. It’s a wonderful opportunity to join with God and others.

Rosary Group: Sunday, November 2nd, please switch to the next Mystery.

Lottery Tickets: Please see Gordon at the main entrance of the church after Mass to buy your tickets. The first prize is a beautiful quilt. There are 5 prizes all together. We can still use your help in selling tickets.

Country Time Show: The next show is Sunday, November 16th at 7:00pm.

St. Joseph Sunday Missals 2015: Are available for $5 in the Sacristy.

St. Vincent de Paul Society: Item of the month for November is peanut butter. The donation box is located near the entrance. Thank you!

Recyclables: Please continue to drop off your recyclables to Rupert Lewis before or after Mass. Thank you so much! All proceeds go towards the Outreach Program.
