Welcome to St. Anthony's Church.

The people of St. Anthony's Parish and St. Faustina Kowalska Polish Mission, part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Halifax, are called to be "The People of God". Our faith in God's unconditional love for us, as evidenced in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and, as testified to by his church, gives us a firm hope in our salvation and the salvation of the world. We respond to God's love with adoration, thanksgiving, and petition through worship and prayer, and charity to our neighbour

We invite you to discover the richness of our parish. Newcomers and visitors are always welcome.

Keep Christ in Christmas: Starting at St. Anthony’s Parish at 3:00pm on Sunday, December 7th; continuing to Bethel United Baptist Church, and on to St. Paul’s Church. Reception to follow at St. Paul’s. Everyone is welcome.

Country Time Show: The next Country Time Show will be Sunday, December 14th at 7:00pm.

Parish Community Christmas Dinner: We will be having a turkey dinner with all the fixings on Saturday, December 20th at 5:00pm (after Mass). Everyone is welcome. There will be no charge for the dinner, however, we will be accepting donations. Next week, we will have a list of items that we require to make this possible.

Advent Backpack Project: There are still gift bags to be filled. You can find them near both entrances of the church, with a list of suggested items inside each bag. Please deliver it back to the church on or before Thursday, December 18th. Thanks for your support!

Lottery Tickets: Are still available – please see Gordon Jewers or call him at 469-5698. The draw will take place on December 14th at the Country Time Show at 7:00pm.

St. Joseph Sunday Missals 2015: Are available for $5 in the Sacristy.

St. Vincent de Paul Society: Item of the month for December is pasta sauce. The donation box is located near the entrance. Thank you!
