Welcome to St. Anthony's Church.

The people of St. Anthony's Parish and St. Faustina Kowalska Polish Mission, part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Halifax, are called to be "The People of God". Our faith in God's unconditional love for us, as evidenced in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and, as testified to by his church, gives us a firm hope in our salvation and the salvation of the world. We respond to God's love with adoration, thanksgiving, and petition through worship and prayer, and charity to our neighbour

We invite you to discover the richness of our parish. Newcomers and visitors are always welcome.

Free Soup Supper and Pickles & Jam Sale!

Please come and join us after Mass this Saturday, October 3th at 5:00pm for our free soup supper. You will help out our parish by purchasing jars of pickles or jam.

Canada Needs Our Lady of Fatima: Join us in our Rosary rally! Saturday, October 10, at 12:00pm 190 Victoria Road, Keating Place Parking Lot. A reception will be held at St. Anthony’s hall after the rally.

Feast of St. Francis of Assisi: Monday, October 5th at 7:00pm at St. Catherine’s Parish, 6476 Bayers Road, Halifax. Everyone is welcome to attend! Reception will follow.

Jean Vanier Gospel of John: Please join us for the continued DVD Series (Session 9 ~ The One You Love is Sick: Lazarus) this on Tuesday, October 6th at 7:00pm.

Classic Country Show: The next show will be Sunday, October 18th at 7:00pm. Admission is $7. Hosted by Beverley Cheverie – with house band Grover Country featuring: Matt Balsor, Ruth Manning, Brooklyn Blackmore and Chet Brown. There will be a 50/50 draw and door prizes. Also a draw for ‘Best Seat in the House’. Come out and enjoy the evening!

Flea Market: This Fall on November 7th and November 8th. If you have any good used (or new) items that you are willing to part with that you can donate, it would certainly help make our flea market a success. Please see Gordon Jewers or call him at 902.469.5698.

St. Vincent de Paul: Item of the month for September is canned meat or fish.
