St. Anthony's Church

St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church & St. Faustina Kowalska Polish Mission

Welcome to St. Anthony's Church.

The people of St. Anthony's Parish and St. Faustina Kowalska Polish Mission, part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Halifax, are called to be "The People of God". Our faith in God's unconditional love for us, as evidenced in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and, as testified to by his church, gives us a firm hope in our salvation and the salvation of the world. We respond to God's love with adoration, thanksgiving, and petition through worship and prayer, and charity to our neighbour

We invite you to discover the richness of our parish. Newcomers and visitors are always welcome.

We also have our hall available to rent. Please contact the office for further information.

For information on events, please see our calendar.

Backpack Project: This year our parish will once again partner with four other Dartmouth parishes to fill bags of gifts for the patrons of Feeding Others of Dartmouth and other local charities. Our goal is to fill 400 gift bags with useful items for adult men and women who do not have the resources to provide for themselves. Starting this week, at the entrances of the church, you will find gift bags with a list of suggested items inside. Please take a gift bag home with you, fill it, and deliver it back to the church on or before Thursday, December 17th. We hope for your generous support.

Mass Intentions: We are now accepting Mass intentions for the 4:00pm Masses on Saturdays. Please see Br. Nathanael if you would like the Mass to be offered for a special intention or person.

Flea Market: Thank you to everyone who supported and helped prepare the flea market & chili dinner. We appreciate all of your help!

Sanctuary Floor: Thank you to everyone who donated towards our new Sanctuary floor. Also, thank you to those who helped with the installation of the new floor. It looks amazing!
