Welcome to St. Anthony's Church.

The people of St. Anthony's Parish and St. Faustina Kowalska Polish Mission, part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Halifax, are called to be "The People of God". Our faith in God's unconditional love for us, as evidenced in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and, as testified to by his church, gives us a firm hope in our salvation and the salvation of the world. We respond to God's love with adoration, thanksgiving, and petition through worship and prayer, and charity to our neighbour

We invite you to discover the richness of our parish. Newcomers and visitors are always welcome.

Polish Luncheon: Will be held after the Mass in Polish this Sunday, May 15th. All proceeds go towards our roof fund. $10 per plate and includes coffee or tea and cake. Everyone is welcome!

Pastoral Council Meeting: This Tuesday, May 17th at 6:30pm.

Fort McMurray: Thank you for your donations last week. We received $437.80 which will be sent to the Diocese of St. Paul’s in which Fort McMurray is located.

Flea Market: If you are able to help set up on Thursday, May 26th, we would appreciate the support! Our flea market is the weekend of May 28th & 29th. To donate items or to help set up, please contact Gordon at 902.469.5698 or see him at Mass.

Feast of Corpus Christi: Sunday, May 29th, we will celebrate the Feast of Corpus Christi with Mass starting at 1:00pm and procession following at 1:30pm. Fr. Irek Bem will be the main celebrant. We will have two (English) Altars and two (Polish) Altars.

St. Vincent de Paul: Item of the month for May is Kraft Dinner.

Classic Country Show: This Sunday, May 15th at 7:00pm. Admission is $7. This month’s entertainers are Fraser Newcombe, Carl James and Louisa Manual. Lots of door prizes, 50/50 splits at $150. The winner will receive $200 and a guest spot on our show in June!
