Welcome to St. Anthony's Church.

The people of St. Anthony's Parish and St. Faustina Kowalska Polish Mission, part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Halifax, are called to be "The People of God". Our faith in God's unconditional love for us, as evidenced in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and, as testified to by his church, gives us a firm hope in our salvation and the salvation of the world. We respond to God's love with adoration, thanksgiving, and petition through worship and prayer, and charity to our neighbour

We invite you to discover the richness of our parish. Newcomers and visitors are always welcome.

Choir Practice for Holy Week: This Wednesday, April 17th at 6:30pm in St. Anthony’s Parish. All are welcome.

Fundraiser Towards Bus Transportation: There is a lottery ($5 per square) to raise funds for the motor coach. If you would like to purchase a square, please fill out your name and phone number (see Paula after Mass at the entrance of the church). The winner will take home $100. The draw will take place after all

Flea Market: We are accepting donations for our upcoming flea market which will be held June 1&2. Please speak to Gordon Jewers (902.469.5698) if you have anything you would like to donate.

St. Paul’s Poverty Meal: Once again this year on April 19th on Good Friday following Mass at 3:00pm, Saint Paul parishioners will be having their Poverty Meal (homemade vegetable soup, tea biscuits and fruit). Monetary donations collected at the door will be for the Development & Peace Share Lent Campaign.

Adoration: There will be no Adoration until Thursday, May 9th at 7:00pm.

St. Vincent de Paul: Item of the month is canned peas.

Polish Dinner ~ Palm Sunday: You and your friends are cordially invited to the Annual Fundraising Dinner This Sunday, April 14th, 2019 at 2:15pm Cost is $10 per person ~ coffee, tea and cake is included
